Advance reservations are recommended to ensure the decorations available for your event. Changes may be made on quantities reserved up to 90 days prior to the out date for no charge. Changes made less than 90 days to the out date, will be charge 50% cancellation fee on the reductions. Any increased numbers must be made prior to your pick-up or our set up, and are subject to item availability. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit from the time of reservation. These items will be charged a 75% cancellation fee if cancelled at any time. Please note, chair covers will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled or changed at any time.
A 100$ (non-refundable) deposit is required on all rentals and services and is applied towards your final balance. Your decorations will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received.
Payments can be made in any of the following ways: cash, personalized cheque, email transfer or direct deposit. You may pay the final balance on your account at any point before the event, but we must receive payment before the event is taking place.

Set-up of all décor, will be based on venue availability. Set up and taking down dishware, cutlery, glassware, personal decor or rental decor & linens provided by other vendors are an additional cost. Different set ups of tables and placement of chairs are an additional cost.
We insure proper take down after the event. Employees will be there after the event to pick up all decorations rented, please make sure that the tables are free of any glassware, cutlery and food by 1 am (depending on venues)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our setup and take down are for our décor and linen only. We are not responsible for any cleaning, washing dishes or sweeping.
Delivery is available for all of our decoration. Most of our decorations can be pick up by the customer upon payment.
All glassware and cutlery must be rinsed and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Items missing or not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

Responsibility remains with customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. We charge for missing items.PLEASE NOTE: All items rentals cannot be modified or cut, the items MUST be in same condition in which they were received or installed or will be charged the replacement value of the item.
